"Although a variety of amazing women-in-engineering programs currently exist, Cassondra started Camp Engies to pique girl’s interest in engineering at an earlier age within a unique, focused atmosphere. She believed that by targeting girls in grades 5 through 8 and introducing them to phenomenal women in engineering she could disprove the idea that math and science are difficult and boring before the myth took root!"
Camp Engies is a non-profit organization and all of the counsellors are volunteers. It took a special group of women, especially working engineers, to help me turn my dream into a reality. My vision and passion for this event turned into a shared vision; I hope your daughter's associate engineering with everyday life, fun and and amazing role models!
